The apartment intercom allows you to identify persons calling from the street and to grant entry through the security doors (for the North Tower) and up to your level in the apartment complex’s lifts.
An Operation Manual provides background information on how to use the system. Please note that there is an additional Operation Manual, specific to the use of the intercom, for use with a smart phone. The AIPHONE manufacture has provided a number of videos that may be of interest to the apartment resident.
Please be aware that visitors unfamiliar with the building have, in the past, attempted to notify residents of their arrival but have used the wrong intercom panel. The apartment numbers applicable to each street level intercom is affixed on a plaque next to the intercom:
- The North Tower (apartments 1 – 66) have their intercom located in an alcove about 30 metres south from North Terrace.
- The South Tower (apartments 67 – 111) have their intercom located in the Charles Street Mall about 60 metres south from North Terrace.
